The best way to get an accurate shipping price is to add items to your cart and use our shipping calculator on our website. An overview of our shipping options is provided below.

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days. If your order includes a pre-sale item that is not currently in stock, the entire order will be held until all items are available and ready to ship.

Estimated availability dates for pre-order products are provided by the vendor. In case of unexpected delays, we will update the estimated date on the product page as soon as possible.

We offer first-class expedited shipping throughout Canada and the United States, with all orders fully insured and tracked for peace of mind. Please note that once an item is marked as delivered, insurance claims for non-receipt cannot be accepted.

Local Pickup

Place your order online and pick it up from our location at no extra cost. Ample free parking is available. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification. Please do not come to the store without receiving this email first.
