Canadian Customers: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Electronic Money Transfer, Check, Bank Wires, Wise Payments, and Cryptocurrency.

USA Customers: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Check (clearing time can vary – please check with us), Bank Wires, Wise Payments, and Cryptocurrency.

International Customers: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Bank Wires, Wise Payments, and Cryptocurrency.

Currency
We accept payments in CAD and USD. Please choose your preferred currency from the top drop-down menu. Note that our base currency is CAD, and if paying in USD, prices can fluctuate based on CAD-USD exchange rates.

E-mail Money Transfers (Canada Only)
Within 4 hours of your order, please log into your online banking account and transfer funds via INTERAC e-transfer. Send transfers to payments@thecoinshoppe.ca.

We are registered for auto deposit under 2054972 Ontario Inc, so no security question or password is required. Please ensure your order number is included in the notes section of the transfer for proper processing.

Paper Checks
Please note it can take 2 to 3 weeks for us to receive the check, and it will take 10 business days to clear

Payment Guidelines:

  • Payments must be completed within 15 minutes of placing your order to account for exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Ensure that you include all applicable fees in your payment.
  • To avoid processing delays, please do not send internal transactions.
  • Most cryptocurrency payments clear instantly and proceed directly to our shipping queue. In some cases, transactions may undergo manual review, resulting in a short delay in processing.
