The statuesque Stegosaurus forms part of our Dinosaur Coin Collection. This imposing dinosaur is probably one of the most well-known with its two rows of bony plates along its back – that made it appear even bigger!
Struck in 1oz pure silver, the reverse of the coin shows the Stegosaurus in glorious colour against an engraved prehistoric landscape. The coin is antiqued for further effect. The obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with the coin being legal tender in Niue.
A numbered Certificate of Authenticity is placed with the coin inside a quality case. The themed outer box also displays an image of this titanic dinosaur amongst a background of rock.
With a worldwide limit of only 2,000, this 1oz silver coin would make a wonderful addition to any dinosaur collection.
