The fifth release in the Star Trek: The Next Generation Silver Coin Note Collection features the thrilling season 5 episode, “Unification, Pt. I”.
This attractive 5g pure silver coin note features a coloured and engraved replica of the episode artwork by well-known artist, Juan Ortiz. The unique number in the mintage is printed onto the note and it is presented in a protective sleeve which includes details of the note’s authenticity.
The obverse of the note features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and is legal tender in Niue.
The “Unification, Pt. I” is one of the seven silver coin notes that make up the collection, which includes iconic episodes from each of the other seven seasons of the series. Each note has a dedicated page in the Star Trek: The Next Generation Collector’s Album, which is included with the purchase of the “Encounter At Farpoint, Pt. I” Silver Coin Note.

Coin Story
In this episode, the Enterprise is urgently called to a nearby Starbase where Captain Picard is informed that Ambassador Spock has disappeared and believed to be on the Romulan home planet. They are certain he has not been kidnapped and at this stage believe he has defected, putting Federation security into jeopardy. Picard enlists the aid of the Klingons to get a ship with a cloaking device. Disguised as Romulans, Picard and Data are soon on the planet meeting with Senator Pardek, hoping to learn exactly what Spock is up to.
