Very nice coin and fast shipping. Thanks!
Another beauty by the Mint of Poland, with an extremely low mintage of only 666 coins worldwide. This coin is a 1 oz Ultra High Relief coin with an antique finish, and has a authentic fragment of the meteorite inlayed on the coin.
The Popigai crater (or astrobleme) in Siberia, Russia is tied with the Manicouagan Crater as the fourth largest verified impact crater on Earth. A large bolide impact created the 100 kilometres (62 mi) diameter crater approximately 35 million years ago during the late Eocene epoch (Priabonian stage).
The crater is 300 km east from the outpost of Khatanga and 880 km (550 mi) NE of the city of Norilsk. It is designated by UNESCO as a Geopark, a site of special geological heritage.
Coins comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Mint of Poland presented in a prestige wooden box with a custom sleeve.
