Limited Mintage of a 1000 Coins !
On the occasion of the Chicago Fair (ANA) 2021, this special edition of the African Wildlife Elephant was struck from one ounce of 99.99% pure gold. The motive features the 2022 Elephant design, a mother elephant with her baby wandering through the African steppe. A special Privy Mark is included in the design, depicting the sculpture “Flamingo” by American artist Alexander Calder. His work is a 16-meter tall statue that stands in Federal Plaza in front of the Kluczynski Federal Building in Chicago.
The coin is struck at the Bavarian State Mint in Munich, Germany, these popular Elephant Coins are struck in .9999 fine gold, and are legal tender in Somalia for 1000 Shillings. This coin will be limited to a mintage of just 100 units! Each coin will come packaged in its own wooden display box with numbered COA.
