The coin depicts the African Wildlife Elephant design from 2024, which features two male elephants fighting with each other. The African steppe is outlined in the background. At the edge of the coin are the inscriptions “AFRICAN WILDLIFE” and “ELEPHANT”, “1 oz” and the fineness “Au 999.9”. The reverse features the Somalian state coat of arms, which depicts a shield with a star supported by two leopards.
