Chani Kynes
Fremen fighter Chani Kynes was born on the planet Arrakis to half-Fremen planetologist Liet Kynes and his full-Fremen wife. When Paul found refuge with the Fremen people from the Harkonnen invasion, he and Chani quickly became comfortable with one another and she became the concubine of the emperor. Chani bears the striking blue eyes, which are one of the many physical effects from extended exposure to Spice Melange, which is common among the Fremen people.

Originally conceived by famed novelist Frank Herbert in 1965, DUNE® takes place on Arrakis, a desolate planet covered in sand.
