About the coin designs:
Each coin has a brilliant, proof colorized finish with a design specific to one superhero! The Captain America and Iron Man coins interlock together, making for a very unique collector’s item. The other coins show theatrical versions of the characters that play key roles in shaping the future of the Avengers team. Included in the set are six different 1 oz. silver coins, with designs featuring Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther, Falcon, Winter Soldier, and Black Widow. On the other side, your coins display the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the legal tender value of Fiji “ONE DOLLAR”.
While this 2016 Black Widow silver proof was issued for Fiji, it was actually struck by Sunshine Minting Inc. Made of .999 fine silver and weighing 1 Troy oz., mintage of this Marvel collectible is limited to 3,000 coins. It’s part of a 6 coin set released to accompany the Captain America – Civil War movie.
If you’re looking for the weight and purity inscriptions, they can be found on the obverse. This is also where the date, face value, and Fiji coat of arms can be seen. On the reverse, Black Widow is shown in an action pose.
