This is a 1990 commemorative silver proof coin of Chinese Ren Chen Year (Year of the Dragon) minted by Shanghai Mint Co., Ltd., and solely distributed by China Gold Coin Inc. It is 99.9% pure silver. The diameter is 40mm, and weighs one ounce. It has a face value of 10 Yuan and has a maximum mintage of 200,000 pieces.
