Story

HARLEY QUINN™ is one of a few characters that got her start in another form. Her first appearance in 1992 was in the TV show Batman: The Animated Series. Originally, Harley was only supposed to have a small role in “Joker’s Favor,” but she was included in more episodes. Her first DC comic book appearance came a year later, with The Batman Adventures #12 bringing her to the comic store racks and ultimately securing a place on DC’s A-list. She was even named “the Fourth Pillar of DC” (alongside Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman) by none other than Jim Lee!

Athletic, agile and dangerously unpredictable in a fight, HARLEY QUINN is a formidable opponent in her own right.
