Each sculpture is handmade, one at a time, from the mold of an original piece by renowned artist and former United States Mint Engraver Michael Gaudioso. Mr. Gaudioso is well-known for his work at The Mint, including sculpting the reverse for the Type 2 American Silver Eagle that debuted in 2021. The back of each cast includes Mr. Gaudioso’s “MG” artist crest, pressed into the surface, along with the edition number. Each will come with a certificate of authenticity indicating the edition number.
